Our history in Peru starts over a century ago, when Mr. Nicolás Kajatt Dahud arrived from the near east. He initiated commercial activities in the textile business, to which his sons eventually joined. In the sixties, Mr. Alberto, his second son, acquired the shares of Textiles San Gabriel, a factory he directed and managed to grow, together with his sons, and that is kept in operation until now. Mr. Mario, the third son of Mr. Alberto, executed many real estate investments of great success, among them Damero, a commercial gallery. In the last decade, the three children of Mr. Mario have been progressively taking over the direction of the economic group, with the objective of diversifying its investments.
